Design Problem.
Foodie Fanatic ( an imaginary company for the sake of the project ) is an established specialty cooking store hoping to update its digital presence while it gradually shuts down its physical store presence across the nation. Foodie Fanatic wants to be known for connecting people to food, regardless of location, time or skill level.
The challenge is to come up with an entire information design proposal for the Foodie Fanatic mobile application so that users are easily able to identify where a specific type of content can be found, locate it, and interact with the site and other users in an intuitive way.
Design Case.
Our design case was to deliver a product that is Consistent, Convenient and Customized according to User's needs and wants. Our strategy was to Invite, Engage and Retain foodie travelers through a structured information environment.
Information Personae.
Three personae were created with affluent and budget personae representing the extreme users and conventional persona represent the majority of users on the user spectrum.
